It is no surprise that in an industry as competitive New York City real estate, the majority of agents leave the industry within their first year. This is mostly due to the fact that many agents do not close many deals within their first year, leaving them discouraged and with a minimal income. Because of this, it is extremely important that agents are equipped with the resources and support necessary to do well early on in their careers.
At SPiRALNY, we make it a point to give our agents a strong foundation from the moment they join our firm. One way we do this is by helping them set goals that to meet at various moments within their first year and hold them accountable for doing so.

One example of a goal we set is obtaining a listing within an agent’s first 3 months. With this goal in place, agents feel prompted to meet it within the allotted time period and have a sense of accomplishment when they do. This promotes a sense of self-mastery and pushes them to meet subsequent goals and continue progressing in their career.

In addition, our agents are able to work directly with seasoned agents to learn insider tips and tricks for mastering real estate. SPiRALNY’s principal broker, Marcel Bellucci, has over a decade of experience in the New York City real estate market and is always open to offer advice and support to agents on his team.
